Their fried pork dumplings are far and away better than any other I've had in Richmond. We always get the spicy pork belly app, too. Also love the double-cooked chicken with leeks - yum!
Grab a few dishes to share with the group. Portions are generous. Everything we ordered tasted amazing! MushroomHot Pot was a good veggiefriendly option.
Yasss Peter C! You brought it👊 Had the double cooked pork - 5 stars!! Beef w chili & onion - 5 stars (and spicy even at 1 pepper)!! And the basil chicken - 5 stars & beautiful presentation.
Order a few dishes of different meats and vegetables that you all want to try. The entire idea is to share, family style. No two people should order the same thing.
Saturday nite one hour wait, no prob, take out works. Scallops and crushed garlic excellent, wife said eggplant and tofu wasn't spicy enough, brown sauce was more subtle. Son ate shrimp fried rice:-)
On a menu filled with adventurous dishes, the $7.50 general tso's chicken is a great crowd pleaser, especially for those 10 and under who aren't (ever) in the mood for something unfamiliar.
The Spicy Dan Dan Noodles are infused with fiery heat from the punishingly delicious Sichuan chillies. There’s no shame in asking for a side of white rice to cool things down.
This is not fine dining. Imagine the best Chinese take-out food. That's what they have. It is good, but your couch at home has better atmosphere and likely better service.
Not sure what's so great that they charge almost double what other Chinese restaurants charge. It's the same amount of food. Plus they didn't provide a fork or soy sauce in my to-go bag. Not worth it!
