    Great atmosphere - amazing view on both sides of the park while you eat or drink. Wait and bar staff down to earth and friendly. Grey beer and whiskey selection and luscious pizza combinations mmmm

    Magnificent pizza here. The crust is perfect! Up there with the best New York–style places going these days. It's by-the-slice at the bar only. Table service is for whole pies.

    BurgerWeekly 2015 #6 NYC Burger: 6. The PL Burger: Not particularly big burger - perfect for lunch, packs in a lot of flavor, and leaves you satisfied. How can you go wrong with a burger AND pizza?

    Pizza pizza. Prosciutto is real salty so prefer the bacon egg and cheese pizza. Yum. Fresh squeezed OJ. Also serve Dough donuts. Usually not too busy, limited outdoor seating.

    Personally some of the best pizza in Williamsburg and Greenpoint. The PL burger is another favorite. It's like a big mac only a thousand times better.

    Cute bar/cafe on the corner of McCarren park. This spot has been here since the 1930's and was recently renovated and reopened. The Weinstephaner wheat beer on tap is delicious.

    For a quick & light breakfast / brunch you should try this place. And they have really good pizzas as well.

    If you can resist their breakfast pizzas, The PL is an excellent choice. With a thick sausage patty, it's the closest thing a "breakfast burger" I've ever had.

    Cool distressed diner vibe but food = whatever. Pretty utilitarian burger, not in the admirable in-n-out/shake shack sense.
