    By far the best all inclusive resort I have ever been to. The food is amazing, service is second to none, and the environment is absolute serenity. Pay extra for the royal service it is worth it

    Look for the all inclusive deal on groupon. Great restaurants (adult only side) and the service at the pool/beach/room was very fast. Ask for the good alcohol and they'll use it...just leave a tip

    Hands down the best all inclusive in Mexico! Great staff! Amazing food! Luxury luxury luxury, everything is top notch. Make sure you brought your drinking hat... And a stomach ready for churascaria!

    Excellent place for an exquisite accommodation experience, even when the beach side is not the most beautiful, the decoration, service and specially THE FOOD at the hotel compensates it.

    This resort was absolutely amazing. If you want a relaxing time, this is the place to be. Pure bliss & the entire staff is EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect!!!

    Awesome. Do Royal Service. Access to butler service, La Palapa, private pools and cabanas. Book Passion early - months in advance. They have Grey Goose, you just have to ask for it.

    Excelente resort, servicio de 10 desde tu llegada... Recomiendo pagar un poquito más por el Royal Service, beneficios extras de lujo, las habitaciones de las mejores!

    This place is amazing! Was taken here by the lovely girlfriend for my 30th birthday and it was awesome. Great dining options and the staff are excellent. Mango margarita!

    Request the alcohol you want by brand, well drinks are weak! Molé is the best restaurant by far.

    The cabanas are awesome but you must get up super early to get one.. I got up at 7 am today and had my pick of the litter :)

    Best hotel by Far in Playa del Carmen. Only for adults. I do recommend Royal Service and swimup suites, with direct access to the pull.

    Room service is 24/7 but could be more diverse. The pool is cold!!!! Very cold!!! Even on a hot day... very cold!!!
