One of the best brunches ever. Live piano music. Unlimited champagne and mimosas. Rooms of different culinary treats in the most beautiful - Hotel Galvez. Make reservations. A must do in Galveston.
Seafood heaven. Snapper Michael, Brook’s gumbo and the fried shrimp can’t be beat. Right on the Seawall. Parking is tight in the front, parking lot in the back. Fun waiters who know lots of history.
Great omelets and sandwiches. Fresh seafood, too. Just opened a bakery next door called PattyCakes. Had great 1/2 price beer and wine on certain nights. Locally owned - lots of family history.
Best greek food, can get vegetarian food ... great view indoors or outdoors ... try the sautéed red snapper fillet.
The Filete de Pargo Parrilla (grilled fresh filet of red snapper topped with cilantro cream sauce) is excellent!

The oldest drug store in Texas - it has both tables and a counter for seating ... the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of historic pictures and stuff on the walls. Ice cream rocks!
