    Warm, romantic lighting and a homey, vintage Italian vibe. Clearly a loved spot by locals. Good for dates - I saw a few families during dinner too. The spaghetti bolognese was just right.

    Get the pasta limon if it’s in season. It’s friggin fantastic!!! Otherwise get the cacio e pepe with asparagus and ask for them to add pork belly on top. Holy smokes. It’ll change your life

    Get here as early as you can - they have great specials but often run out early in the night. Don't fret though if this happens to you - everything on the regular menu is also very good.

    Nice ambiance! The spicy garlic bread was INCREDIBLE. If you like spicy foods, it’s a must get. I got the cacio e Pepe and lasagna, both were okay.

    Everything is simply amazing! Cash only! Orechiatte pasta w the garlicky cauliflower for the win with a side of Maine Black Bass clams, mussels and shrimps!

    Good for dates. Try the pappardelle with mushroom + duck ragu- so delicious. Came around 8 on a Tuesday night and only waited ~5-10 min to be seated.

    My home away from home in Brooklyn Heights. I enjoy sitting at the bar and being served by Marcello or Aldo. The clams and oysters are so fresh! All the food and service is splendid. Cash is king here

    Solid neighborhood standard bearer. Soulful and straightforward Italian fare. Wait times can be a bear on the weekend, so better off going midweek (fyi-closed Mondays) or planning for an early dinner.

    My go to place for great Italian in BKHeights. Solid seafood and pasta options. Heads up - Closed on Mondays and cash only.

    The service was excellent - the calamari for starters was superb - from what I saw in the dining room u could not go wrong with anything on the menu!

    the food was great, but talk about awful service! legit had to flag down several waiters to order and get each part of our meal. such a letdown.

    Calamari was Amazing, Should have ordered the fett w/seafood, tiramisu was like tufts of creamy sweetness, service was endearing - totally recommend visiting if you're in the 'hood.

    When they are running the risotto with rock shrimp and corn, GET IT. Also, the braised short ribs and polenta is amazing.

    The bar is the best places to hang and get food. Amazing staff and such great food made any way you want. If I lived here, I'd be here a lot. A bit loud. But ok.

    Love the freshly made fettucine; however, everything else was fair to average. No need to go out of your way to eat there. Also, they are a cash only business.

    The food is absolutely delicious! The only issue I had was our waitress. Everyone else was super nice and accommodating.

    order the lasagna if you want a quick meal. you'll be in and out in less than 30 minutes. also, the house wine is $14 a bottle and it's good.

    Cash Only - gnocchi is great, steaks are cooked perfect, and seafood is super fresh. Wine is $$$$ and service is poor.

    After a 45min wait for a table, we waited another 45 minutes for our meal. Service was unfriendly and worst of all, the Gnoochi and calamari were tasteless. Cash only. Fail all around.

    Staff is great. atmosphere jovial. food delicious. Try the daily specials - seafood is fresh everyday. Lasagna Bolognese is unbeatable.
