The ribeye pho is the best pho I’ve had outside of Vietnam. Every single dish was outstanding-best paired with Surly beer.

Amazing food! Great place for lunch. You can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches and the sweet potato fries are the best. Lastly try their handmade sodas for new sweet flavor profiles.

The Bún salad is great with tofu. The careful French fusion here makes for an intriguing menu. As a bonus (or requisite, perhaps) they place an emphasis on local ingredients. The space is cool, too.
