one dish allegedly has 30 different kinds of japanese vegetables. Now that is dedication to the craft!
Try the meat and fish tasting menu, it's still very veggie-focused and light. Allot 3-4 hours though!
We did the nine course "creative" tasting menu and it was one of the best tasting menus we've done. Its quite expensive but worth every penny if you want to splurge for a fantastic foodie experience.
