Hard to find but worth it, look up for Scottish flag in the window. Huge selection of whiskey (the master told me he had 350-400 bottles) as well as two or three craft beers on tap.
Baird Beer taproom in Harajuku, offering delicious yakitori (chicken BBQ) and wide range of Baird beers, including their limited seasonal brews. We had the Temple Garden Yuzu Ale which was amazing.
Our first bar in Shinjuku, located in Golden Gai which is a retro district. It's a tiny bar upstairs, good atmosphere and friendly people. Quite busy after midnight. A cover charge will cost 1000 yen.
Great beer selection, rotates weekly, staff is always nice and food is good. If you want to go on busy nights (Friday, etc) either arrive early or reserve, it gets busy!
