Shayมีนาคม 18, 2023Swiss owner is a former executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental in HK. Great person. I recommend the Rack of Lamb, or the 7oz Filet Mignon with Morille sauce are great entrées to share.

Probably the best restaurant on the west side of Maui. Impeccable service and amazing food.
