This was the one place I was looking forward to seeing in Newport. Loved everything about it & it’s just as pretty in person. The entrance says private property but that’s the way to go in.

This is a trail I took on the Branford side behind the boatyard. Go all the way down brown road and you’ll see a path to the right. Very pretty in fall
Beautiful here. The main attraction is the waterfall. There’s also another one by the dam but nothing beats this one. My favorite in CT. Perfect for taking pics.
AKA The First Congregational Church of East Haven. It was built in 1772-74 The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Its the oldest church in the US. It’s a beauty!
Always excellent. Kind of pricey but worth it. The lunch meat is always fresh. Fiancé LOVES it there! Must try!
I rated this on the falls before now I’m rating the park. Great hike. So much to see. Small covered bridge. Trail was easy but good exercise. Little falls everywhere. I loved it. 2nd time,Will be back
Great flowing waterfall even in the summer. It’s a big waterfall. Your not supposed to swim but people do. Nice hike to get there or park right at the falls. The only thing please don’t litter peeps.
Great place to eat breakfast. My fiancé and I come here almost every weekend. Great portions. Never had an issue with anything. Nice people too!
Awesome for bird watchers & lovers. Edgewood park side was closed so we were only able to go on the other side. Very muddy but I saw egrets, herons, ducks. Going back to try to find bald eagles🤞🏼
Went here for a summer work party. Good food, nice location, big and nice inside. My fiancée and I enjoyed it here
Nice beach 🏖 peaceful, lots of seagulls, used to be free parking, not sure now, I love to shoot photos here. Great sunsets in the a.m.
This is my home. I love it here. There’s so many things to see or do. The picture I posted is at Shell Beach🐚which is a place I love to catch sunrises & sunsets. Just 1 of the beauties here in town💓
Lizzies fav waffle is the best & I just tried the cannoli French toast....to die for!!! Yummy specials. Owner can be rude tho, we would have a full convo with her then next time nothing. Not even hi.
