I love exploring the Ateliers and artists studios inside the shipping company building. There's also the Ij-Hallen once a month which is a huge flea market which is definitely worth a visit

Good for a 2-3 hrs tour. did not take the guided tour option. It's pretty cool to see the history of NL. And don't forget to see the water works behind the castle.

We were told numerous times — Winkel 43 served the 'best apple pie in Amsterdam…' — They didn't disappoint. You will probably have to wait for a table and be prepared to queue — but it's so worth it.

Ever tasted espresso and tonic before? They use special elderflower tonic here - like nowhere else. Good refreshment on a hot day.
