    Large cafe cortado (with condensed milk) is strong and delicious, presuming you like expresso drinks a little sweeter. Service is very good. Be sure to ask for a punch card. Every 10th drink is free.

    OHMAGAH the latte arequipe is heaven in a cup. I wish I lived/worked in the area to have it everyday (or maybe it's best that I don't).

    Try the Beet Salad! It's excellent. Along with the homemade hummus and soups. The specials change daily. I have never been disappointed here. Hidden gem!

    Not only that they have a very nice strong coffee, but also best warm snacks.. Perfect for those who crave for 2nd breakfast & elevenses.. Saltena, corn breads, empanadas..

    I second the tip about the Campesino. Also, if your Spanish is good, this is also a great place for conversation; met many wonderful folks here from Worldbank & Organization of American States.

    The latte arequipe is the best. The only bad thing about this place is that it isn't open on weekends.

    If it's too warm for a hot beverage, try the Nonfat Coffee Nevado, without whipped cream, or the regular with whipped, if calories aren't a concern.

    Try a Cortado. It's a combo of condensed milk and espresso. Hard to find this drink at most coffee joints.

    Ample seating and free WiFi at this cafe centrally located to GWU. The cappuccino was just OK.

    Coffee-time, Register isn't working, if you don't have cash they are offering "IOU's". Very trustworthy.
