This place was so yummy I think I ate here 3 times in one week. The neighborhood looks scary (post-katrina), but pretty safe.
If you like coffee, you will love this place. Nothing like coffee with chicory and a hot place of benigets! Listen to the guy playing the trumpet while you enjoy the ambience.
Be prepared to eat too much...cause it's so good. Great dining in the FQ. You must try the Crawfish Etouffée!
The restaurant is set in a rustic, yet contemporary interior of a renovated New Orleans ware house. A little more pricy than most NOLA places but worth it.
Blackened Redfish... Seasoned and pan-broiled in a searing skillet. Served with jambalaya and sauteed vegetables with a big glass of southern iced tea?! Yes, please!
