    Lo mejor de lo mejor, la atencion, la musica, el ambiente, las habitaciones...... A levantarse tempra para apartar camastro en la alberca en donde esta la musica en vivo. Espero volver el año proximo!

    Service is excellent! There are two wifi servers to choose from - one better than the other depending on where you are in the hotel. Friedas is the best food!!

    Buena música!! All day!!! El restaurante Zen súper genial y divertido!!! El personal súper amable!! Pero demerita las habitaciones muy pequeñas!! Y te dan puntos pero a webo quieren q los gastes!!!

    Maravilhoso !!! Piscina incrível com dois bares molhados fantásticos !! Fique no quarto com vista para o mar, é o melhor. O jantar no restaurante italiano é ótimo e o Zen também é legal. É só relaxar!

    Take the R1 bus ($1) which is out and to the right of the resort. Go up to the Isla Mujeres dock and take the big YELLOW boat over to the island ($17 per person roundtrip) enjoy authentic Mexican food

    My first time here, the service is amazing! Our room is spotless when they clean it and they leave a cute little towel animal(: wifi EVERYWHERE! The food is awesome, I love the swim up bar as well!!!!

    Outstanding in Service, Vibe, Food & Entertainment. All-Inclusive ! I really enjoyed the vibe of this Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun. The hotel looks beautiful and has an amazing vibe.

    Um hotel simplesmente incrível. Ótimo atendimento e serviços. Bela piscina, praia muito boa em frente ao hotel. Coma um sushi no Zen. Alugue um Jet Sky ao lado do hotel.

    Make sure and get up early to get chairs at the pool. Try all the restaurants -the food is AMAZING! The staff here is Wonderful and place is clean!

    Daniel Trejo and the bar , restaurant & pool staff were truly amazing !!! .. CLEANLINESS: NOT !!! They seemed short staffed for all the necessary details to cover. The food was all around was tasty !

    At the poolbar, make sure you get Angel, and Luis, take care of them and they will take care of you, best drinks of any bartenders onsite. Enjoy a jolly rancher, Bob Marley, and Miami vices!

    Get there early if you want to eat at the hibachi grille. Otherwise, it will probably be an hour to one and a half hour wait. The food is great here. The menu is better than when it was a Miyako.

    Vacationed here several times and can't wait to go back in May 2012! Great service, great people, gorgeous atmosphere! Highly recommend you try ALL of the restaurants within the resort!

    The atmosphere and hotel design was better as the Cancun Palace, but the staff is sincerely the most amazing group of workers. They made our stay over look the "loud" Hard Rock atmosphere.

    Excelente servicio, excelentes instalaciones, LA MEJOR PLAYA de la zona hotelera. Lo malo, pura música en inglés y rock viejo; Elevadores lentísimos. Buena comida y buenas botellas. Mayoría gringos.

    Si conoces los demas hard rock, ej riviera maya , este aun esta muy verde. Mi habitacion no es lo contratado, las toallas debo buscarlas en punta cana mas o menos y no tengo cerveza regular en playa

    There are weddings and parties on the 3rd floor terrace most weekend evenings that go on until 12AM. As also the doors to the rooms slam shut. Just bring some ear plugs or comfortable headphones!

    Los 1,500 USD que te "dan" puedes gastarlos en cena romántica en la playa, tours, SPA, vinos, botellas de tequila. LO MALO? Ahora te cobran el 11% de lo que costarían estos servicios, antes NO!
