    Great place for a vegan meal! Of course they have non vegan meals and everything is organic! Great little grocery shop also that offers healthy foods and a great smoothie bar!

    This place is amazing. I love that they use local veggies for their meals. Big beefy tomatoes for their sandwiches.

    Fear not, Spice Phobics: the Spicy Chicken sandwich is not TOO spicy, and it is accompanied well by a basil garlic mayo. Try it with Sweet Potato Fries.

    Had the amazing Buffalo Burger with vegan cheese & mushroom! Soooo good! Outside seating is nice. Just make sure to prepare for bugs!

    One of the best in town, certainly a diamond in the rough of Rogers Park. Granola-berkeley atmosphere, their small store has hemp bags, incense and travel guides... on Sundays NPR hosts a show here.

    The breakfast potatoes are yummy. Huevos Rancheros come with surprise rice. The music is good half of the time.

    Other half of the entry. Restaurant area is larger. Separate bar area. If TVs are on, they'll show sports. Progressive political vibe. Discerning beer selection. Below-average pricing. ☞ Free wi-fi.

    Go to Heartland Cafe and order coffee--it's incredible. Also order their breakfast potatoes and whole wheat toast with their homemade raspberry jam. Heavenly.

    The corn bread and honey is divine! Get food that is cooked, rather than salads, as I had a friend get sick off of their salads. It's slow service, but many good entrees.

    Had a really delicious vegan burger and fries. Really nice staff and food came very quick. Would totally recommend to other vegetarians or vegans.

    Service is typically spotty, but nothing too complaint worthy. Food is always delicious. Leftover corn bread makes great toasted croutons.

    The best thing about this place is the buffalo bar. Food is hit and miss. I'm glad it's a block from the house !

    The biscuits and gravy were amazing!!!! I like mine uber soggy, so ask for some extra gravy ;-) our server was really sweet too!
