The Hard Rock is located right in the heart of Palm Springs! Literally right across the street from a wide array of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, theaters and museums. Perfect location !
A perfectly placed oasis in downtown Palm Springs. Great rooms with excellent staff and friendly faces all around. Ask for Harold at the bar... He and his smiling face will not let you down!

Love the decor. It's all about texture. Small-ish pool area, so arrive early to get a lounge chair.

C Pพฤศจิกายน 2, 2015The experience with the floor staff was terrible. We found particles of glass or plastic on the floor, the sheets felt dirty, and the guy that delivered extra towels tossed them with a line of disdain
The temperature control on the rooms is complicated and when you finally get it to an acceptable temp reading, the room still feels warm and humid :-/
