    Take ferry service from Landungsbrücken to Blankenese. Very nice view of Harbor, Elbe River, and takes around 60min. Do lunch in Blankenese, then take S train back to Mitte.

    It's a mega project but the city planners did well. Great restaurants, Speicherstadt close by, lots of interesting new buildings.

    Die Hafencity ist der perfekte Ort, um sich den Hafen anzuschauen und das Treiben des Hafens zu genießen. Natürlich gibt es auch genug Gelegenheiten, mal eine Runde shoppen zu gehen.

    Very interesting development going on in the Hafencity with a mix of high end housing hotels and office building. A must see in Hamburg, expect ally when the weather is nice

    Our hotel was located here. It’s a very nice area to walk around and discover. Lots of quirky shops and coffee bars. The buildings are all old style. Nice vibe.

    Lovely!! I was lucky enough to find a perfect weather there and I think it helped but I was simply amazed by how quiet and beautiful the place is. Can't wait for the Elbphilharmonie to open

    A modern take on an old city. Worth the visit. Stunning architecture a real 'foil' to the old city, but not gauche. Visit Eisenbahn Wunderland on the way out... AMAZING!

    Hingucker sind das Unilever-Haus mit seiner futuristisch anmutenden Fassade direkt am Hafenbecken und der alles überragende Marco-Polo-Tower samt davor liegender Terrassen zum Verweilen.

    Die Gebäudekomposition ist wirklich faszinierend ! Kein Haus sieht dem anderen ähnlich. Bei schlechter Witterungsverhältnissen ist es außerordentlich windig in der Hafencity.
