Hotel messed up our reservation. Bed had pubic hair in it. Called to front desk and waited over an hour before finding out they never called housekeeping. Check your sheets!!

A lot of the slot machines were broken, and it's SUPER smoky... But it has a good crowd & the Mac and cheese in the food court is AMAZING. Seriously amazing.

Be forewarned, they do not allow men to wear makeup and they do not allow crossdressers or transgender people in their casino. They are also giant assholes to everyone and the smoke is horrible.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! From the Valet, to the front desk. They don't keep up with reservations, and then have the NERVE to give you attitude!!! I will NEVER be back!!!!
