    not possible to connect to free wifi via sms. tried three different phones, code received but doesnt work. other options are to scan your boarding pass or id at one of the three service points.WTF.

    Ridiculous expensive drinks and food, get you cheap meal at Migros supermarket, open 7/7 at the end of the train station which is located in the airport arrival level

    Aerocar run a quick coach service from Geneva airport to Chambery and Genoble airport, reasonable pricing too e.g. return to Chambery from Geneva is €47 (2010). Easier than the train!

    GVA, despite somewhat tired exterior and interior design, has been adapted and upgraded cleverly. More importantly: brilliant array of connections for a mid sized European city. ✈️👍

    Don’t take an Uber from here! You’d need to walk to Parking 51 which is really far away! (Near Terminal 2). You are better off with public transport or Taxi from the airport.

    Taxi is pricey , 43chf into the city , use direct bus that goes 10min interval starting at 5:45am

    Free wifi but only if you go to the info desk in arrivals to get a code which isn’t clearly marked. Small, crowded, disorganized airport. Geneva deserves better.

    Aeroporto bem porcaria pro nível do país. Poucas tomadas estão disponíveis para carregar os celulares e o Wi-Fi é limitado a 90 min.

    I can not understand the mentality of Geneva Airport Duty Free. Everything is 1,5 time expensive than prices in town.

    If your 1 hour free wifi expires, just try requesting another code. Just worked for me, and I'm on my second hour (on an android phone)

    Come early as the queues for the security control are always long due to insufficient resources. Security personnel is usually rude and inefficient.

    Ночью в аэропорту абсолютно все закрыто. Включая паспортный контроль )) Так что 10 часов пересадки для Женевы - это очень много.

    Free airport WiFi requires a cell number. If not yet through security Starbucks on the top level is open.
