FORR Festival

Every year in September the Fellowship of Rock & Roll (FORR) presents the best alternative rock festival in Southern Africa. More than 600 revellers and more than 20 bands get together in Moçambique for the time of their life. The festival takes place in the picturesque resort of Ponta Malongane. Camping is on soft beach sand with lots of shade and clean ablutions. During the day festival goers will swim in the warm Indian Ocean, chill on the beach, scuba dive, join an ocean safari, explore the area in 4×4 or visit the local shebeens. In the afternoon the crowd will be entertained at the acoustic stage and when night falls the bands will rock the main stage. After the bands DJs will entertain those who do not feel like sleep yet in the top bar.
