SYNERGENICSมีนาคม 4, 2012One of Miami's top boxing gyms. They also have great classes, free weights, two full boxing rings, yoga, and pilates. Bring a towel or two... this gym isn't for the weak at heart, there is no A/C.
Love the classes but hate the fact that there is no air conditioning sip it gets super hot there. At least the 7am class is worth the heat (and not as hot) :)
Join "Joasana Yoga" every Mon, Wed, & Fri at 7pm for YOGA at the upstairs room. All levels welcome! Come stretch & relax after boxing 😉💙🙏
All the boxing classes are legit. I can't stand it when I miss a class! Boxing Explosion is great cardio and the instructors will push you. I love switching up to Technical Boxing for intensity.
Alvaro spinning 🚲🚵🚴class is the amazing at 8 am. The music 🎵🎶🎧 will blow you away.

We take Manny's class at 7am and its awesome! If you can wake up early enough it's SO worth it!
If you can get out of bed early take the 7 am class. It's a great way to start the day and the class isn't overcrowded.
