    Possibly the best restaurant in Tampa for foodie style dining with great drinks and beers. The atmosphere is only topped by the food. Recommended on every level. Very busy at peak times.

    Soul food Sunday's are AMAZING! The VBQ Sammich is so good! (Smoked portabella & tofu smothered in BBQ Sauce on yummy bun... Multiple vegan options, mac n cheese, corn, sweet potato fries. Yum!

    The "Good Burger" is delicious!! (Shoutout to all the 90's kids!) I do wish they had more gluten free/vegan combinations, but I will keep coming back either way! It's all about the ambiance!

    Ella's is straight up awesome. The Wino burger with sweet potato fries = FRICKIN' AMAZING. Kim is the bestest server evah (and is super hot). Ask for her, and make sure to tip her super awesomely!

    Best and most unique food in Tampa....anything you order is amazing. Drinks are super strong also. Try the wino burger and chocolate drunken cake. There is tons of rum in the cake!!!!

    Killer king! Probably one if the best desserts ever! Has chimichanga with bananas, peanut butter, candied pecans, fruit, whip cream and ice cream! Probably best to share!

    I went there to see the the two headed alliagator and decided to stay and had some food. Crab Stuffed Butternut squash? with CITRUS Hollandaise Sauce? Who thinks of these thinsg? A Genious!!

    The chef's hummus, hippy pizza, and the good burger are all GREAT vegan options! I always have leftovers too. The atmosphere is great.

    We had the rasta-far-fries and the beef tenderloin pizza. Our drinks were also very very nice. I will definitely return to this place

    Place is near and dear to my heart literally... the artwork keeps you plenty company as you await your food. My personal fave is the veggie burger, tuna cracka stacka, and any number of specials =-)

    Finally a place in FL with culture. Pair that with the soul food, artwork and good tunes and it makes this bar the best thing Tampa has going for it.

    Ella's has a very large menu, but still manages to get every dish right. If you come on a weekend night or after 7pm on thursdays, be prepared to wait for a table. I suggest waiting at the bar, where

    the badd burger is my favorite, chicken spidini delicious, tuna stacka..yum..wish the portion was bigger..stuffed pepper gumbo..amazing..love the atmosphere. must check this place out.
