Switched from my main AA carrier at DFW to SW at DAL Love Field, easy in and easy out. Closer to downtown than DFW. Upgrades to Airport make it a nice and convenient place to fly in and out.
Everything has been upgraded, thanks to southwest. Great food court! Lots of shopping. Lines were fast. Tag your own bag with southwest. Love the amenities and inside the gate area!

Changing planes! Headed home on a Friday afternoon; good food (Cool River & Sky Canyon & CRU) or fast food (Dickey's BBQ, Whataburger, Chic-Fil-A, Manchu Wok).
Yes, there is a mail drop. Under the escalators that connect to the parking garages A and B. It is on the unsecured side of TSA. Also has a FedEx and UPS box. Cheers.
Seriously 10 minutes from downtown. I LOVE Love. Free wifi. Track down @jwillie and talk social business.

Love this airport...small and easy to navigate. Only downside is the men’s toilets seem to be always busy and not enough stalls in case of an emergency 💩
They have been really striving to upgrade this airport. Cru wine bar is nice & there is a benefit vending machine and Bliss store for last minute beauty needs.
Amazing new terminals (2014) Great choicew for food and fun and unique shopping options. Easy in and easy out! Prepare for your delicate hands to smell amazing.- This airport is always a pleasure to fly in and out of, unlike certain other airports. Less crowded, always clean, and generally has a good vibe.
Nice & compact. A hike from Fort Worth but the train (actually a bus and a transfer to another train) is very easy if you are comfortable with mass transit—a relaxing ride to the T&P station downtown.
Loud Penพฤษภาคม 15, 2019I love this airport! It’s small so check in is easy and the TSA line moves fast! I got there less than 30 min before my flight and made it on time.
Terminals so much better than before. Several good places to eat while waiting. Cantina Laredo always a good stop. Only problem is sometimes TSA pre check can be longer than regular lines.
Baskin Robbins ice cream opposite gate 8. Life is short: Never miss an opportunity for a scoop of Pralines & Cream.
Helpful hint for Coffee drinkers-If your gate is 1-10, there is a Starbucks and another Dunkin Donuts along the way. Don't wait in the long line at the first Dunkin you see!
Iconic Love Field Airport has plenty of parking and retail for any longer than expected layovers.
The new terminal that just opened here is great! Love the design and all of the choices of restaurants and shopping. Certainly makes Love a pleasure to fly in and out of.

This new terminal is amazing. Take a minute to appreciate the flight sculpture in the middle of the hub.

Love Field is great but can already see the increased amount of foot traffic in anticipation of the wright amendment being lifted. Need to open up another Starbucks!
Great choices for food (Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, and La Madeleine), but only 30 minutes of WiFi (extra cost for over 30 minutes, unlike DFW). Overall, nice airport.
One best simple airport in the States....Quick in and out,one terminal, one drop off and pick up area...

The airport is generally nice and new. They just forgot to build enough bathrooms. Otherwise, one of the nicer airports around.

Find a comfy chair with USB and 2 pronged outlets so you can charge your phone/laptop while watching TV and waiting for your boarding call. Great multi-tasking station.

Easy in and easy out!! The simplest airport in the DFW area. Security checkpoint is 15-30minutes compared to an hour at most airports.
