Jacob Briars: Nice Colombian cafe, full of light even on grey days. Sells only Colombian coffee so medium flavour, better for short drinks like Espresso and Cortado rather than longer milky coffee.

Brian Grogan Jr.: They roast their own coffee and it's delicious!! Small space with not much seating, so take your fresh-roasted coffee to go.

Varun Shetty: The salted caramel apple pie is delicious. Don't try and split one slice between two people. Feelings will get hurt.

F. Bastard: If this isn't the best Japanese food in Brooklyn I'm....guilty of overstatement. Try the house-made tofu (I like the agadashi), banzai (small plates), pressed sushi. Great value at lunch.

Chris Costello: Best tacos al pastor I've had in New York so far, and at $1.50 apiece, they are authentically priced as well.

Eater: Dishes include the grilled Chiang Mai sausage with chili paste, the charcoal-grilled hen and the clay pot-baked white prawns. If you go on a weekend, or when the weather is nice, be prepared to wait.

Amina Hussain: Ask for the bee sting pizza - honey and spicy soppressata

Adam Kuban: The namesake Emily pizza is memorable. The truffled cheese is smoky and subtle. DO IT!

Carmen N: This place is great. Truly delicious house beers and excellent selection of guest taps. Rotating kitchen of good Brooklyn faire.
