Eaterมกราคม 6, 2014Adam Biderman and Ean Bancroft have proven that their take on Colonial dishes, influenced by Jamaican, Latin, and island fare, stands on its own as a new hot addition to the New Orleans dining scene.
Stellar tiki drinks (don't be afraid to go off-menu: the bitter mai tai is amazing) and excellent food (fried ribs, corn with habanero mayo, tostones). - Cangrejitos are delicious, as are the cracklins. The whole red snapper with charred peaches and cilantro was excellent and the bartender even broke it open for us. Great cocktails too.
Come for the drinks and tasty bar snacks. The fish balls, cracklings and ribs were a hit. The bartenders are knowledgable and know their craft....indulge them and they will indulge you.
