    Every single empanada we've tried has been delicious. I think the chicken tinga is my favorite. And for dessert: King of Kong is a must!

    Very exclusive menu that makes it easy to try some of everything. Very helpful staff and the food was delicious. Al Pastor was my favorite and hubs liked the Havana Jerk.

    Upstairs great for big groups. Cilantro Jalapeño marg and habanero empanada are amazing. Cant go wrong here

    Great lunch specials. Three empanadas and a drink for $7.99. Ask for specials as they sometimes have new items notion the menu.

    Caipirinha, camarones al diablito, the champ. Finished with key lime empanadas for dessert. So random that music was reggaeton. Lol

    The empanadas are delish here, and the food is cheap. The margaritas are small with tons of ice, and very expensive. Out of balance...

    Honestly the food was superb, however, the hostess with a nose ring on Sat night (3/16) was absolutely horrendous & rude. She turned away at least 12 customers when the place wasn't even that crowded!

We opened in Raleigh North Carolina in September of 2011 and what was once "the little empanada place on the corner" has become one of downtown Raleigh's must stop spots. Choose from 11 varieties of empanadas and up to 70 tequilas and mezcals, plus whatever exotics we have in that week.
