Very clean place, and updated outside. Inside is very early 00s Walmart style. Needs inside update.
Very narrow parking lanes and ramps. Don’t go in with anything above a crossover. Elevator is 💩.

It must have been Prom night in DC because hundreds of well dressed teenagers were here taking pictures. The memorial is beautiful, though! And the view!! 😍😍
