    We've been at Artists & Fleas a few times with the ELSA dress and the mix of local independent designers, vintage and beau crafts is awesome. Def one of those places to check out as tourist, and NYer.

    Great place to take a detour through. TBH most of the goods seem overpriced but maybe that's because the stalls are so expensive...and Williamsburg? There are better deals in Bushwick.
