Allison Jones: Make reserations if possible. Great views of Empire State Building on a nice day. Open year-round though.

Allison Jones: Excellent spot for a crowd. Good location.

Allison Jones: You can't tell from the street, but there's a cute little patio in the back.

Allison Jones: Lobby level outdoor patio/lounge is really nice. This is an excellent place to stay. Centrally located and cool vide.

Allison Jones: One of my favorite dinner spots! Beware of the Mojitos! Two could ruin your night if you don't eat first.

Allison Jones: I haven't been yet but the reviews are always terrific. Trippy and interesting. Again. a good moving alternative to a show.

Allison Jones: Order the table-side guacamole! There are a few Dos Caminos around town. All have good crowds, outdoor space, excellent drinks and are not too expensive for NY.

Allison Jones: Nice for sharing tapas. Cool decor.

Allison Jones: Sometimes you just need a slice!

Allison Jones: Cool little spot if your checking out the High Line.

Allison Jones: I've never been here but want to go. If you walk across the BK bridge, this probably a nice resting place. Looks shady and cool.

Allison Jones: Great view of Central Park.

Allison Jones: If you find yourself uptown - nice little hidden spot near our apt.

Allison Jones: Again. Uptown - but delish!

Allison Jones: Head to the back. Couches. Younger crowd. Cool drinks, dark and welcoming.

Allison Jones: LOVE! Great for brunch or lunch before or after SoHo shopping.

Allison Jones: One of the biggest rooftop bars with one the very best views of Midtown. Decor could be updated - it has the right amount of cheesiness (IMHO!). Think old-town Vegas meets NYC circa 1980.

Allison Jones: If you feel like splurging...

Allison Jones: Patrice says this is the best STREET MEAT anywhere.

Susan Grant: Some of the best thin crust pizza in the city!

Susan Grant: A little "splurgy" but the food is amazing and the atmosphere is super swanky!

Susan Grant: This is a hot spot. Great small plates and fantastic cocktails. You will encounter more than one bachelorette party, however!

Susan Grant: Delicious gastropub on the LES!

Susan Grant: This is a great UWS restaurant (yes, there a few). Pricey menu, but the chef came from French Laundry, so the food doesn't disappoint. More romantic than lively.

Susan Grant: This may be obvious, but the best tasting menu ever. Definitely avoid if sushi and seafood isn't your thing, but if you're celebrating something special, this can't be beat.

Susan Grant: Awesome beer and wine bar (cask beer and wine offerings) with great menu. Fantastic open garden in the back with heaters for the fall!
