    No room service here but they will provide you with menus of delivery places in the area to order to your room. Great views in the junior suite. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

    Best front desk I have ever experienced, bumped up our room, spot on for dinner recommendations. Awesome!!!

    If you hate overcrowded areas and prefer to stay in a more residential area off the beaten path like me, you should take a closer look at The Bentley. It's a nice boutique hotel close to Times Sq.

    Rooms were well kept and the views are jaw dropping. Staff is great. Perfect location to get around and see some fun shops.

    Off the beaten path, but so worth it. Hip hotel with great views of the river. Good price for New York. Enjoyed my stay!

    Rooms are nice and the staff is friendly, however, don't under any circumstances pay for their wifi service. These are the kinds of speeds you can expect from their ($18.95) premium offering. Garbage.

    The management has a sneaky policy in effect! They continuously increase the amount (per day)on your credit card they have on file! If the limit gets reached, they lock you out of your room.

    gorgeous decor in the rooms. however make sure to ask for ask for extra towels and blankets if needed.

    Stingy with towels. Three elevators: don't all appear to be working. Yes, you do have to keep pushing the elevator button because it forgets.

    Hotel prices are reasonable.. rooms are good size for nyc. Rooftop bar is great for all seasons.

    Staff was friendly and helpful but this is bare bones accommodations. Towels are thin and in short supply. Furniture badly worn. Shower enclosures don't close - water goes all over the floor! No USBs.

    Stingy with towels indeed. Sometimes housekeeping took all of our towels and replaced them with none. The $12 breakfast per person is overpriced for what it is. However the hotel is pretty cheap.

    Julian at the Lobby Lounge is a sweetheart. Very friendly and honest.

    Paid wifi for hotel guests in the rooms. Only free in the lobby. Very odd for NYC.

    Very disappointed, housekeeping can’t seem to leave the appropriate amount of clean towels in bathroom. How hard is it to remove used towels and replace them, tired of having to call housekeeping.
