Christopher Gallaga: All the food is good, service is really rough, kind of like those old cha chan teng where the waiters are grumpy and shout at the customers.

Christopher Gallaga: It's a social enterprise, they say they donate all profit to a Buddhist monastery. It's got a light meal menu plus lost of veg/vegan packaged and prepared foods in retail. Clearly a passion project.
Christopher Gallaga: Old-school local char chan teng style vegetarian in the wet market area. Food, good, service, friendly mama style no English at all (spoken/menu) but the mamas conscript other customers to translate.
Christopher Gallaga: Milk stout, Honey rye wheat, tempura mushrooms all good. Garden burger is avg but the slaw is awesome. Japanese (sukiyaki & sushi roll) were a bit American but surprisingly above expected for Idaho.
Christopher Gallaga: Every dish was exceptional. The chef puts everyone from here down to Jackson to shame using indigenous foods prepared simply but impeccably. Bravo. If you eat in only one place in the region eat here.

Christopher Gallaga: This place has been one of the consistently best cafe-bistros in Hong Kong for decades. Wish I could work with such an exceptional team.
