Change into your yoga clothes before you get there though.. the bathroom is small and not super clean- beautiful studio and very detailed instruction. they're into singing here, and reference sanskrit a lot. so be prepared for some general hippie/yuppie vibes.
Take class with Aaron Angel Thurs @ 630p or Sunday Sunrise @ 8. He gives excellent alignment directions and adjustments and has a contagious joy about his practice.
